$25 non-refundable equipment usage fee applies. You are responsible for setup and takedown.

Accepted Payment Methods

Money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks only.

We do not accept cash.

Office hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

Payment Deadlines
Deposit + $25 fee due at booking to confirm your date
Full payment due 3 business days before the event
IRS W-9 form required for deposit refund — no exceptions

I agree to return the space to its original state. This includes thorough cleaning, removal of all food, trash, and/or décor, and returning any moved furniture to its original location. Failure to comply may result in loss of deposit.
I understand that the deposit plus $25 usage fee must be paid in full to confirm and secure my booking date. Dates will not be held without receipt of these requirements.
I understand that full payment is due at least three (3) business days before the event.
I understand the attached IRS W-9 form must be completed for the deposit refund process.

For initial approval, email this application to residentservices@haca.org or bring the completed form to the Arthur Edington Center, Room LL06. Submission does not guarantee approval.
