Maintenance Charges & Resident Responsibility Updates

To help maintain safe, clean, and quality housing for all residents, the Housing Authority of the City of Asheville has updated our maintenance charge schedule. These updates reflect the actual costs of repairs caused by resident damage, negligence, or lease violations while supporting the continued upkeep, appearance, and long-term care of our communities.
