Under threat of eviction. Less than 80% Area Median Income.
Helene Assistance: Households suffering economic hardship, <80% AMI. Deadline: December 18, 2024. Emergency Assistance: Households with a child under 18, <200% Fed. poverty level.
May have very limited housing help or a forgivable loan for paying rent, on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Appointments are needed.
